Sell a Service with Checkout
Prepare and share a direct service checkout link.
Use a direct service checkout for a customer-facing purchase.
Prepare the Service
- Open Services > All Services and select New Service.
- Enter name, price, and currency, then Continue.
- Complete Details, Pricing, and Media.
- Open Settings to choose an intake form, quantity limit, success settings, and whether checkout should create a project.
- Select Save.
- Use Copy checkout link in the service header.
Review Before Sharing
Open the copied link outside the workspace. Check the service, price, currency, quantity, intake questions, and available payment methods. Review gateway setup in finance settings before accepting online payment.
After a purchase, confirm payment with the provider and review the contact, form submission, and optional project. Create any required invoice through Finance after checking existing billing records.
Catalog and Standalone Links
Services > Catalog and Services > Checkout Links retain management screens. Their public purchase flows are not currently available. Do not advertise a generated catalog or standalone link as a working store.
