Use the Desktop App
Choose a supported app version and use web for documented workspace actions.
Use the Agiled web workspace for the workflows described in this documentation. Native app screens and available actions depend on the installed release; do not assume feature parity with web.
Check your installed app
Confirm the app version and the account shown before using it. Follow the sign-in controls available in that version. If the required module or action is absent, open the same account and workspace in your browser.
A successful native sign-in confirms the session, not that every web feature is available in that app. Contact support for the supported installation or release for your device.
Compare workspace access
If the same record is missing on web, check workspace membership, your role, and enabled modules. If it appears on web but not in the installed app, report the app version and exact missing action before creating a duplicate.
