Sign In on Desktop
Complete browser sign-in when your desktop app offers it.
If your installed Agiled Desktop app offers Sign in with browser, select it and complete authentication in the browser using the intended account. Allow the browser to return to Agiled Desktop when prompted.
Return to the desktop window and use its session-check control if sign-in is still pending. The label can differ between installed versions. Confirm the account shown before continuing.
Handoff problems
Keep Desktop open while completing browser login. Check whether the browser blocked the app-opening prompt. If the wrong account connects, sign out of Desktop and repeat with the intended browser account.
A successful handoff does not create workspace membership. Accept the workspace invitation with the correct email separately.
Sign out and support
Use Sign out inside Desktop before sharing the machine. Browser sign-out alone does not confirm that the desktop session ended.
For help, include the desktop version, operating system, browser, and exact step that failed. Never share session tokens or credential-bearing handoff links.
