Find existing articles through Docs and understand the current controls.
The former Wiki address now opens Docs. Use the Documents list to locate existing articles; there is no separate Wiki card grid at that address.
Current article access
Open Docs from the sidebar. The New Document menu includes New Article. Creating an article currently creates an untitled record and returns to the list; it does not open the former standalone wiki editor.
Do not follow older instructions for a separate Knowledge Base grid or New page dialog. If you cannot open or edit an article from its available controls, contact support with its title and workspace before creating another copy.
Prepare useful knowledge
For procedures and reference material, use a clear title, purpose, owner, instructions, related links, and review date. Keep source records linked rather than copying details that change frequently.
