Use the current Docs destination and avoid duplicate article records.
Locate the article in Docs and open it using the available record controls. Verify the title, workspace, update information, and content before relying on it. If the record does not open, retain its title or ID and report the failure rather than creating a duplicate.
Get help
Include the workspace, article title or ID, exact error, and the action that failed when contacting support. Keep a copy of unsaved text before leaving an editor.
