Troubleshoot Article Access
Use the current Docs destination and avoid duplicate article records.
If an old Wiki link opens Docs, that is the current destination. Check the workspace, record title, list filters, and access. If New Article returns to the list, check for the untitled record before selecting it again. Article creation does not currently open the former standalone editor.
Get help
Include the workspace, article title or ID, exact error, and the action that failed when contacting support. Keep a copy of unsaved text before leaving an editor.
