Use Worker Templates
Create a specialist AI worker from a ready-made template.
Templates provide reusable instructions for common worker jobs. Open Agiled AI > Workers > Templates.
Use a template
- Read its description, Prompt context, and Callable tools.
- Select Use template. This creates a draft worker and opens its editor.
- Review the instructions and name.
- Expand Advanced settings to review tool access and the workspace-change policy.
- Choose Ready for assignments when the configuration is ready, then select Save changes.
- Give the saved worker a small assignment and review the result in Work.
The template's context badges describe its starting configuration. The current editor uses a brief, availability, and tool controls; it does not expose the old context-source or max-iterations fields.
Adapt the instructions
Replace assumptions about record names, dates, audience, and output with your team's requirements. Review each enabled area and use Choose individual tools if the template allows more than the job needs.
A template does not grant permissions your account lacks, and it does not schedule recurring work.
