Checkout Link Limits
Understand service quantity limits and standalone link settings.
For direct service checkout, open the service and select Settings. Set Maximum Quantity to limit how many units a buyer can purchase in one transaction, then Save.
Maximum quantity is a per-purchase limit. It is not a stock count or a total sales cap.
Standalone Link Limits
Services > Checkout Links has Max Uses and Expires At fields on standalone link records. They do not apply to the checkout link copied from a service's header.
Current Availability
These settings can be saved, but the public purchase flow for standalone catalog and checkout-link records is not currently available. Saving an active record does not make its generated URL a working checkout.
For a single-service purchase, open Services > All Services, select the service, and use Copy checkout link in its header. Review the service checkout flow before sharing.
Retiring an Offer
Review a service's active status and any URLs already shared with customers. When changing a price or retiring an offer, check existing invoices and estimates separately; they may retain copied line-item details.
