Service Records and Inventory
Understand reusable service records and the limits of stock tracking.
Services > All Services stores reusable selling and billing records. The current service editor does not provide on-hand stock adjustments.
Service Information
Create a service with a name, price, and currency. Its setup page adds category, tags, description, images, status, pricing mode, recurring settings, plan tiers, and checkout settings. The current creation dialog does not ask for a SKU or product/service type.
Usage and Changes
Review the usage panel before deleting or substantially changing a service used in invoices or estimates. Existing documents may contain copied values; a service edit does not rewrite those documents.
Use Services > Audits to investigate recorded changes, then compare the history with the current service and affected finance documents.
Stock Counts
Service quantities on invoices and checkout are not an on-hand inventory ledger. Tags, categories, descriptions, and maximum checkout quantities do not replace physical stock tracking.
