Use Services in Finance and Checkout
Reuse services in finance documents and share direct service checkout links.
Use services from Services > All Services to keep recurring offers consistent.
In Invoices and Estimates
Select a service when adding a line item, then review the copied name, description, quantity, price, taxes, and discounts in the document. Changing a service later does not mean an existing invoice or estimate has changed.
Review recurring invoice templates and open drafts after changing your prices. Customer-specific adjustments belong on the customer's document unless you intend to change the offer for everyone.
In Proposals
Use the document editor's pricing blocks to describe your offer. Check amounts, quantities, currency, and acceptance settings before sending. A proposal and its related invoice should describe the same scope and price.
In Direct Service Checkout
Open the service and use Copy checkout link. Review its Pricing, Media, and Settings tabs before sharing. Settings can include an intake form and project creation after purchase.
Direct service checkout is the supported public selling path in this version. The separate Catalog and Checkout Links tabs store configuration, but their public catalog and standalone checkout routes are not currently available. See Service Checkout for the distinction.
After a Change
Open the direct checkout link to check the current offer. Review existing proposals, invoices, estimates, and recurring templates separately. Confirm payment in the connected payment provider; a submitted checkout or created project alone is not proof of payment.
